Feedback to date…
SMS Simplification by Lovoy: “An excellent course with a methodology on how to simplify our SMS, make it user friendly and effective. Useful to all office personnel involved in SMS updating. Their evaluation of a part of our SMS reviewed by Lovoy, was very indicative of this methodology.”
Organisational Safety Culture: “Obviously safety culture experts with long experience on this field. Have carried out surveys on a large sample of seafarers and they grade a company’s safety culture. In addition, they have helped North of England to create SCORA a benchmarking online application, which we found very interesting and have decided to use it.” Deputy Designated Person Ashore – Marine Trust Ltd

“A rare opportunity for all levels and all functions of a ship managing company! Unique in accepting that some facets of Safety Management are not so efficiently implemented, honest in examining the whys and practical in discussing improvements. Highly recommended!”

“The combination of Lovoy the first day with Green Jakobsen the second, was ideal. Would highly encourage attendance. Not another boring workshop.”

“I found the training really interesting and useful to refresh my knowledge on the new trends related to my day to day business at work that have to do with structuring and upgrading the safety management system in our organization. It was a very well-balanced workshop in terms of theory and practice. I really enjoyed the interaction between the rest of the attendees and the instructors. The material distributed was useful and the content was easy to follow. I would strongly suggest all those involved in the implementation of the ISM/TMSA/BMSA to attend this workshop.”
