Customs in Belgium are reported to be implementing the following restrictions:

1. Every container  destined for Russia is blocked in the Belgian Ports, until a physical control of the goods has been performed.
2. Only the following goods are allowed to be shipped:
   1. Medical goods and apparatus
   2. Foodstuffs
   3. Humanitarian relief goods
3. From 16 April 2022 the entry of Russian flagged vessels into Belgian ports is prohibited. The prohibition also applies to any vessel that has changed from a Russian flag after 24 February 2022. Further details can be found here.

– Owned, controlled, charted or operated by any person connected with Russia;
– Owned, controlled, charted or operated by Designated Persons;
– Flying the Russian flag;
– Registered in Russia; or
– Carrying any load or cargo which is in the ownership of or destined to be delivered to any persons connected with Russia or Designated Persons.

• No Russian flagged vessels are permitted to enter Georgian ports.
• Only wheat cargoes originating from Russia is allowed by the Georgian authorities to be discharged or transhipped in Georgia. No other cargoes originating from Russia are  permitted to be handled in Georgian ports.
• There is no restriction for Russian or Ukrainian crew members disembarking from vessels at Georgian ports. However, there are no flights available from Georgia to Ukraine. Also, there is no direct transport route from Georgia to Russia so Russian crew members cannot be directly repatriated from Georgia.

Georgian ports are operating normally without restrictions or additional safety/ security measurements.
