UN Blacklists Tanker With 'Illicit' Libyan Crude Oil
Members will be aware of recent media reports of the United Nations (UN) blacklisting a tanker that illegally loaded a cargo of crude oil at Marsa al Hariga in contravention of sanctions.
National Oil Company (NOC) authorities in Tripoli have stated that all cargoes of crude oil must be sanctioned by the UN backed Government of National Accord in Tripoli.
