Argentina: Quequén/Necochea Port Customs Implement New Regulations
Local P&I correspondents (Pandi Liquidadores S.R.L.) have advised that Customs at the port of Quequén/Necochea has implemented new regulations for the submission of stores manifest declarations.
The new regulations came into effect on 16 June 2015 and for a trial period of 30 days, Members should in particular note that Customs officials require pre-arrival stores manifest declarations to be submitted in Spanish language.
Members with vessels calling at Quequén/Necochea port should contact local port agents well in advance of the vessel’s arrival so that the appropriate advice and/or translations services can be sought.
