CIRCULATED TO ALL MEMBERS, BROKERS AND DIRECTORS

We are writing to advise you of a Management change in our Singapore office which will take effect from 17 September 2010.  Iain Beange will, as planned, return to the Association’s head office in Gateshead and James (Jim) Moran will succeed him as the Manager in charge of the Singapore office.

Jim will work with the existing Claims team of Kenny Choo, Alvin Looi and Chris Metcalf.  Administrative and secretarial support will also continue to be provided by Elizabeth Er and Celeste Foo.  The office will therefore continue to focus on providing our Members with the same high levels of service and assistance that they have come to expect from the Association.

Despite his returning to the UK, Iain Beange will nevertheless have a close involvement with the office and will be a regular visitor to the region.  Although day to day enquiries should be directed to Jim and the rest of the team in the Singapore office, Iain will remain available to assist Members in the region and will also continue to support Alan Lo and his colleagues in the Hong Kong office.

Iain was responsible for setting up the Singapore office, establishing its Branch Office status and helping to build its reputation for delivering excellent levels of service.  Jim has been with the Association for seven years and having spent the previous three years in the Hong Kong office, moved to Singapore as Deputy Manager in September 2009.
