Annual General Meeting, 16 November 2023

Enclosed is notice of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members to be held at The Fairmont Windsor Park, Bishopsgate Road, Windsor, TW20 0YL, United Kingdom on Thursday 16 November 2023 at 09.30 hours (GMT).

The Notice of the Meeting includes several routine items of business normally considered at the AGM relating to financial statements, the appointment and remuneration of auditors and the reappointment of Non-executive Directors retiring by rotation. In addition to these routine items, a special resolution is proposed to adopt new Articles of Association. The new Articles of Association have been prepared as part of a post-merger review to ensure alignment with the Club’s rules and current corporate governance arrangements. The new Articles of Association were reviewed and approved by the Merger Transition Group and Board of Directors at meetings on 19 September 2023. A full copy of the document is provided with the notice of the meeting.
