The latest in North’s Hot-Spots series, entitled ‘Galley Safety’ has been published.

Its focus is on routine tasks undertaken on a regular basis by ship’s catering staff and it is intended to be displayed in a suitable location within the ship’s galley. These jobs, however routine they may seem, have inherent risks which the Hot-Spots poster highlights.
